Joshua S. Benner, PharmD, ScD

Josh Benner is the President and CEO of RxAnte, a provider of science-based information technology solutions for improving quality and lowering the cost of health care. The RxAnte Solution™ helps health care organizations improve medication adherence objectively and efficiently by applying proprietary predictive analytics and decision analytics to ensure the right patient gets the right intervention at the right time. The company’s analytic technology was previously incubated at Crimson Health, LLC.

A leading voice on medication adherence, Dr. Benner’s award-winning research and numerous publications have shed new light on the problem of nonadherence and identified promising approaches to improving it. Prior to RxAnte, Dr. Benner was Fellow and Managing Director at the Brookings Institution’s Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform, where he focused on medical technology policy. Prior to Brookings, Dr. Benner was principal at ValueMedics Research, an analytic and consulting services firm. Following the successful sale of ValueMedics to IMS Health in 2007, he served as senior principal in health economics and outcomes research and global lead for medication adherence at IMS. Dr. Benner received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University and his Doctor of Science in health policy and management from the Harvard University School of Public Health. He remains a Visiting Scholar in Economic Studies at Brookings, and is an adjunct scholar in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Loren Lidsky, MS

Loren Lidsky is Executive Vice President for Advanced Analytics of RxAnte. Before joining RxAnte, Mr. Lidsky was Director of Advanced Analytics at IMS Health and PharMetrics where he led a large, highly-skilled, analytic, statistical and development group, responsible for study design, programming, statistical analysis, quality control, and reporting for all custom analytic projects conducted for the pharmaceutical and managed care industries utilizing the health plan data asset. Mr. Lidsky also led development and implementation of processes, tools and algorithms to increase programming quality and efficiency. Prior to joining PharMetrics, Mr. Lidsky served as a consultant programmer on numerous outcomes research and health-economic studies for Policy Analysis Inc., led a technical operations group at the Massachusetts Extended Care Federation, and was a systems and budget specialist on the Medicaid program for the Massachusetts Department of Public Welfare. Mr. Lidsky holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is also currently an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

James Kalustian, MBA

James “Jim” Kalustian is Chief Operating Officer for RxAnte and serves as Chairman of the Board of Ambassadors Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPAX). He brings more than 20 years of health care informatics and analytics experience to RxAnte. Before joining RxAnte, Mr. Kalustian was the senior vice president of Network Development and co-founder of Health Resources Information Network (HRInet), a company which facilitated and organized resource networks of specialist physicians. Prior to this, he managed operations and profit and loss for the payor, biopharmarmaceutical, provider, retail and consumer products units in his role as Vice President and General Manager of the Emerging Markets business unit at Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO). During his tenure at FICO, Mr. Kalustian also served as acting vice president of the company’s Innovation Management unit where he spearheaded the development and commercialization of many of FICO’s health care and retail analytics products. Mr. Kalustian’s past experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Braun Consulting, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRNC), and co-founder of Vertex Partners, a customer-focused strategic consulting firm that joined Braun in 1999. Mr. Kalustian holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Aaron McKethan, PhD

Aaron McKethan is Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development for RxAnte. His areas of expertise include provider payment, quality improvement, and health IT. Before joining RxAnte, Dr. McKethan was Director of the Beacon Community program, a $250 million federal health IT demonstration project at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT in the Department of Health and Human Services. Previously, he served as a Research Director for the Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC, where he focused on new payment models designed to lower per-capita costs and improve health-care outcomes. Dr. McKethan earned Bachelor of Arts and PhD degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he is currently Assistant Adjunct Professor of Health Policy and Management at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. He is also a visiting scholar at the Brookings Institution.

Spencer Cherry, MBA

Spencer Cherry is a Senior Director of Business Analytics for RxAnte. His areas of expertise include health economics, decision analysis, and finance. Spencer was a New York City-based independent consultant prior to joining RxAnte, helping to assess pharmaceutical cost effectiveness for a range of clients. Prior to that, Mr. Cherry worked for ValueMedics Research, LLC, a health economics research and analysis consultancy subsequently acquired by IMS Health, Inc. Mr. Cherry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Monali Bhosle, PhD

Monali Bhosle is Director of Advanced Analytics for RxAnte. Her areas of expertise include research design, health care data management, and analytic methods including econometrics and biostatistics. Before joining RxAnte, Dr. Bhosle was employed as Senior Consultant at IMS Health Inc. where she was responsible for designing and execution of observational studies along with data management and analysis. Dr. Bhosle has published over 25 articles in peer-reviewed journals in areas of Breast Cancer, Dermatology, and Diabetes. Dr. Bhosle earned Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences at University of Mumbai, Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration at the University of Houston, Texas and Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research at the Ohio State University.

Kimball Lewis, MPA

Kimball Lewis is Vice President of Production Systems for RxAnte. His area of expertise is in developing flexible and scalable data analytics systems to solve problems for leading healthcare, education, and public policy research firms. Prior to joining RxAnte, Mr. Lewis served as a Senior Manager and Director at Health Dialog, where he designed systems and led data processing and analytic teams responsible for the monthly intake, standardization, and analysis of healthcare claims and administrative data for over 40 health plans and 30 million covered lives. Previously, he held positions in public policy and healthcare research, analytics, and systems development at PharMetrics, Harvard Business School, and Mathematica Policy Research. Mr. Lewis earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration and Policy degrees from Cornell University.
