Power 2014 Customer Champion, has partnered with RxAnte. RxAnte’s advanced analytics platform will deliver population-level reporting and member-level predictions to inform AvMed’s adherence and intervention strategy for medications used to treat chronic illnesses for the Medicare Advantage Part D population.
RxAnte uses pharmacy data to generate highly accurate predictions about future medication use, enabling AvMed to provide member-centered support programs, targeting outreach efforts to the patients who will benefit most. The provided predictive analytics will focus specifically on triple-weighted Star Ratings medication adherence measures including: adherence to blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes medication. Allowing AvMed to focus on patients most in need, RxAnte will provide both population level tracking and strategy reports as well as member-level prioritized target lists.
