Ms. Joyce leads the Technology Operations team at RxAnte, focusing on innovative solutions to meet the demands of a dynamic client base.  She is responsible for product development, IT operations and technology infrastructure and development supporting RxAnte products and services.

Ms. Joyce has more than 25 years of experience in product development and management, healthcare analytics, account management, and consulting with health plans, PBMs, pharmaceutical companies, and others in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining RxAnte, Ms. Joyce led the account management function within the payer and provider division of IMS Health (now IQVIA). She also was responsible for the management of key pharmaceutical accounts and oversaw health-economic and epidemiologic evaluations at PharMetrics, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Joyce managed a research analytics group for Merck-Medco (now Express Scripts), which was responsible for evaluations of disease management and intervention programs.

Ms. Joyce holds an MPH in epidemiology and biostatistics from Yale University School of Medicine and a BA in mathematics from Boston College.
