Dr. Frank is Senior Vice President of Client Success at RxAnte, a healthcare services company providing advanced analytics and pharmacy care management solutions for health plans. In her role, Dr. Frank provides strategic leadership for RxAnte’s Client Success team and guides product and service strategies to generate value for healthcare payers. She has over 15 years of managed care experience with expertise in government programs, healthcare quality measures, medication management and value-based care.

Prior to RxAnte, Dr. Frank was Director of Value-Based Programs for Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield where she focused on design and implementation of value-based payment models and clinical practice transformation initiatives. Prior to Wellmark, Jessica served in various executive leadership roles with Outcomes, a medication therapy management company, where she guided business strategy and account management for over 60 healthcare payers and 300+ MTM programs.

Dr. Frank completed a Managed Care Pharmacy residency with Outcomes after receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Iowa. She has served on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services MTM Technical Expert Panel, the National MTM Advisory Board, the Pharmacy Quality Alliance Quality Metrics Expert Panel and the Iowa Pharmacy Association Board of Trustees.
