Eileen Casal

Ms. Casal provides legal counsel on matters related to RxAnte’s business and operations. Ms. Casal also serves as RxAnte’s Chief Privacy Officer and Corporate Secretary. She has decades of corporate legal experience within the technology, health information, and education sectors.

Prior to joining RxAnte, she served as General Counsel for Healthwise, Incorporated, a provider of health information, solutions, and tools. Prior to that, she served as VP and General Counsel for various technology companies including Teradyne, Inc., GSI Group, Adero Inc. and Stratus Computer, Inc.

Ms. Casal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University and a JD degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
