Ms. Jurinka provides legal counsel on matters related to RxAnte’s business and operations. Ms. Jurinka also serves as RxAnte’s Chief Privacy Officer and Corporate Secretary. She has decades of experience and increasing responsibility managing legal and compliance matters for several tech-enabled companies.

Prior to joining RxAnte, she served as Chief Legal Officer for Alto Pharmacy, a leading digitally-powered pharmacy. Prior to that, she served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for various companies including Vacasa, Jive Software, CafePress Inc., Epocrates Inc., and Broadlane’s GPO Business. She started her career an associate at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell.

Ms. Jurinka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University and a JD degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
