Mr. Means is a highly experienced HR executive with over 25 years of expertise in designing and implementing successful HR strategies. At RxAnte, he leads of all aspects of HR strategy and service delivery, he reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational goals.
He has a proven track record of executing critical initiatives such as successful benefits and work-life programs, including employee wellness programs. He is an expert in several core areas, including performance management, employee relations, employee benefits, human resource technology, data management and analytics, business processes, employment policies, and risk management.
Mr. Means holds a BA in political science and history at William Jewell College and has continued his success in human resource development and strategy.
