Mr. Baker is the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Mosaic Pharmacy Service, a subsidiary of RxAnte. Patrick is responsible for all pharmacy, clinical, and member engagement operations at Mosaic. He accelerates excellence in delivering value for customers, quality for members, and innovating the pharmacy product and experience at Mosaic.

Prior to joining Mosaic, Mr. Baker had extensive leadership experience in the Specialty Pharmacy space, specializing in complex disease areas. He led, grew, and innovated large operations in a variety of business units at AllianceRx Walgreens Prime, previously known as Walgreens Specialty. He focused on rare and orphan diseases, specialty home infusion, and limited distribution drug networks, among others during his 10-year tenure with Walgreens. Mr. Baker is a pharmacist by training, receiving his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University and his MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
