Mr. Wise is an experienced entrepreneur with over thirty years of experience growing, leading, and driving innovation in health care services companies. He has decades of senior management experience in the health care technology sector and an extensive background in creating sales and marketing teams, care & disease management, risk adjustment, IT oversight, client relationship management, operations management, Medicare & Medicaid, and payor sales and transactions.

In his role at RxAnte, Mr. Wise leads the business development, client services, and product strategy efforts for RxAnte and Mosaic Pharmacy Service, the company’s subsidiary value-based pharmacy service. He will further the company’s mission of helping clients get more from medicines by growing Mosaic and by guiding the distribution of other innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of medically complex populations.
